1. What This Covers
This policy applies to consultation fees and other appointment charges paid online through the Golden Park Hospital website or patient portal. Charges paid in person at the hospital are governed by the hospital's billing desk.
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and the fee is shown to you before you pay.
2. Cancelling or Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment from your patient portal, or by calling the hospital on +91 92267 37969 during working hours.
24 hours or more before the appointment time: full refund, or a free reschedule to another slot.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: one free reschedule; a refund is at the hospital's discretion.
No-show: if you do not attend the appointment and did not tell us in advance, the fee is not refundable.
3. When the Hospital Cancels
If the doctor is unavailable, an emergency or medical necessity means we must cancel or move your appointment, or a video consultation cannot take place because of a problem on our side, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money is debited but your appointment is not confirmed, or you are charged more than once for the same appointment, contact us with your transaction reference and we will process a refund. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days of approval.
5. Consultations That Have Taken Place
Once a consultation has been completed, the fee is not refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or were unhappy with the service, contact us and we will review it fairly.
6. How and When Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and are returned to the UPI app or bank account you paid from. Your bank normally takes a further 5–7 working days to show the credit. We cannot refund to a different account or method.
7. How Our Service Is Delivered
Appointments are delivered in person at our hospital in Vasai West, or as a video consultation link sent to you through the portal and by WhatsApp. No physical goods are shipped. Payment secures your appointment slot; there is no delivery charge.
